I’ve been on a bit of a self improvement journey for the past few months.  I just wanted to keep all of my accomplishments (and things I still need to work on) in one place.

I quit smoking on April 1st, 2011

I played a diet game that didn’t pan out so well, but it did leave me with some good habits:

  • A stellar nighttime routine where I finally floss nightly!
  • No more wasting unnecessary money on the store, I’m down with couponing now :-)

I started Atkins on May 31st, 2011
