Making Car Rides More Pleasant

Apparently I’ve been somewhat bored today…and while wandering the internetz I found a few things that might make life a bit nicer (for me or for Lexie?).

Sleepy Hat

Baby falls asleep and gets restful sleep with our Sleepy hat. The flip-down mask blocks out light and visual stimulation. For humans, including babies, light signals the time to be awake and long, restful sleep occurs in the dark.

How freakin’ cute is this? Now, I wonder if Lexie would let me put that one her…hmmm.

Kiddopotamus Velboa Snuzzler

Snuzzler provides the ideal support for baby’s back and head, adjusting upward as baby grows. The unique contours work well with all harness systems, and the Snuzzler transfers easily to provide support for baby in car seats, strollers, jogging stroller and swings. With padding only on the sides, not behind baby, the Snuzzler does not interfere with the safety of car seat harnesses; it has been crash tested. The Snuzzler reverses from luxuriously soft velboa to a smooth black woven fabric for two distinct looks.

I’m not a huge fan of the original head positioner in the car seat, and Lexie is getting too big for it…but still too small to go without anything.

Tiny Love Sunny Stroll Arch

The Sunny Stroll arch features two key development features – batting (0-3 months) and manipulating (3+ months). The colorful, flexible arch features a rattling butterfly ball with crinkly texture, transparent sun prism, baby-activated propeller, flower mirror and crinkly butterfly.

We need something that can fit on her bouncer, car seat, and stroller…because I don’t like to buy tons of random baby crap, this looks like it would work for all three :-)

So there’s a few things that we might be adding to our pile of random baby crap, but hopefully they’ll be put to good use :-)
